You have to keep us up to date on this project.  Most of us can only dream of having the space/time/skills to make and play on terrain that wonderful.

I made all the downward cuts first to give me my outer vertical edge to a depth of 4-5 mm , then I got a piece of card 3mm less than the foam height rested a new stanley blade/scalpel side ways on and cut the horizontal edge.
