The creator is Flying Buffalo, who brought you the seriously old school Nuclear War, Lost Worlds, and Tunnels and Trolls. Dice maker says 3-6 months to make the dice, but it's not like you can't decide for yourself what toppings to have in the meanwhile.

Internationals pay too much for shipping, so this one's domestic, with shipping included.
