Nice work.  We'll need a gallary page at some point (or slip them all into the OP).  This could get into the hundreds of pics eventually.

PS: And while unlikely here in the states...I'm looking forward to the secret hand-shake nature of this. If you stumble upon someone playing a game with a squad or figure rocking the colours/shoulder pads of the Lead Legion, you've found a compatriot!

So is anyone planning on mass producing these shoulder pads or do I need to steel myself for trying to hand paint ten of them? (gulp)  I've looked around and can't find a suitable one via any of the shops.

Very nice. The greens are very un-Space Marine-like, but then this place is a little different from others.

Already been doing this with the painted ones, I can set up a new thread with all the work in progress/gallery images etc.

Is there going to be a painting club type badge for this? (asks he who is unlikely to get anything done before the end of the year )

Yeah, if it became a painting club, the badge is almost too easy...Chapter insignia.

Now, who's good with photoshop?  It'd be awesome to see graphical representations of the Chapter (i.e. "here's what a librarian of the Chapter looks like").  Nothing to be used as a hard and fast guide-line, but just some silliness would be nice.  Basically the GW-esque colour plates.  I'm also anxious to see what the Chapter Master etc. end up looking like.
