Note that it says "based on the beloved novels", so you probably won't get the iconic characters from the TV show, but rather their own interpretations.

Depends on the scale they are using for the figures . I probably won't swop my already finished figures for theses new ones. I think not really useful for kit bashing either as these are single piece figures?!

Well, it says "pre-assembled miniatures" so that probably means multi-part and glued together at the factory, like in many boardgames.

I am also very glad that this game will be based on the books - want The Strong Belwas and other heroes that the TV show skiped.

Cautiously excited myself.

If the info out in the wild is correct, the Kickstarter will just be for Starks and Lannisters. Everything else will be retail release.
