Other than hiring sudanese soldiers and egyptian/turkish officers for East afrika,The british had a little enclave in Wahlfisch bay Namibia, bordering DSWA,and when the germans would chase such people as Morenga they would drive them towards the British, but The germans are way too stubborn and proud, did i mention stubborn to ask for help, and vice versa the british .The Kaiser appointed individuals,to the colonies who could think and act on their own, without assistance. the Germans in East Afrika, during the Maji-Maji uprising or hehe i forget radioed to New guinea for german native policemen to assist, they arrived but disease limited them to the garrisons. So they sent all the way to the Pacific rather than ask the Britsh or Belgians or Portuguese....so in short...Nein die haben fur keine hilfe gefragt.(No they did not ask for any help)sincerely a stubborn German Juergen C, Olk
