Sorry to be the party poop, but would have preferred a 'commercial' version with a driver above and rearward.

There were actual early autos designed as such.

Mind you, a conversion doesn't SEEM impossible, and I'm easily daunted.

There's no need to convert as there is a set to do this (not all options are show as parts are prepared for moulding )
Here's another  'Possible' version ,all be it slightly wobbly as parts are a little heavy for blue tack.
Plus another  'Possible ' military tricycle( please note its prepared for moulding and there should be four sets of Hales launchers)

Launchers on the cab appear to be a possible quick repurpose of a civilian, something I enjoy seeing.

Might consider a larger windscreen to deflect the backwash.
