I bought the landing party set (without boat) from Redoubt



They send me the set with no Sailor head with sailors hat ... I asked them and they send me a new set of American Civili War heads but no one of them with sailors hat ... I asked them again but no answer from them ... maybe may english is not ok and they do understand me ... can an english speaking member of the forum contact in my name (PIETRO REYNAUD BERSANINO FROM ANGUILLARA -ROMA ORDER NUMBER: 3480 ORDER DATE: 11-Sep-2009) and ask them whats up ... Off course I can pay for heads and postage.

Hi my name is John and I am acting on behalf of Pietro as he feels there might be a communication issue.  He placed an order on 9-11-2009.  In it he ordered The Landing Party set but when the order arrived it did not include and heads with Sailors Hats.  He contacted you and you sent new ones but still nothing with sailor hats.  He is more than willing to pay the postage but would like to get ones with sailors hats.  Is this possible? Thank flashman1889 and  Ray Rivers for your nice help ... comunicating in a foreign language is always a bad think, expecially if to other person do not understand you and you have not ideas about how resolving the problem.
During honey moon travel we had been in Hungary, and we came back to Italy by train through Austria. My wife did not signed her passport and we had to discuss with an austrian border guard woman shouting in German and English/German telling my wife was an illegal hungarian immigrant. It was a very bad experience  fortunally border guard stopped after watching my wife italian driving license

german and austrian officials tend to be assholes in these matters - this was hardly a matter of language.
Your honeymoon must have been some time ago since both Hungary and Austria are in the EU now.

Some years ago I got a severe miscast in my Redoubt order (half of a crossbow completely missing). I wrote them about it, in clear English, with pictures, but never got a reply. It's entirely possible that their lack of communication has nothing to do with language problems.

I married May 1996 ... about 5 euros (2 person) a dinner in a Restaurant at Lake Balaton in Hungary Some very nice and SWEET time ago
