Those lads are certainly burly boys! They make Arnie's Conan look like a 98-lb weakling.

Keep up the good work!

Complete Set Painted
I painted the first minis several years ago and kept coming back to this set between other projects.
Now, every miniature from this board game is finally done. :)
It’s satisfying to see the whole set completed at last. Time to play!

We played the game a few weekends back. It turned out to be a lot easier than I remembered...

Our starting party consisted of the Fyreslayer Doomseeker, Excelsior Warpriest, Mistweaver Saih, and Knight-Questor (that was me). Along the way, some extra characters joined us through special events. My Questor Knight died at one point, so I switched to the Tenebrael Shard. Later on, the player controlling the Warpriest had to leave, so we finished the game with just three heroes.

The final chase after the Summoner felt a bit underwhelming and way easier than we expected. We actually managed to complete the whole campaign over the course of a single weekend.

Unfortunately, I only have three pictures from the game - my wife took them, since I got way too excited about playing and completely forgot to take more myself...

All in all, it was a fun experience, though a bit too easy.

Next up, I’m planning to run a Warhammer Quest: Blackstone Fortress campaign one of the upcoming weekends.
If anyone’s interested, I’ll be posting updates here: https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=129494.0

What an awesome looking set! Great paint jobs and it looks like the game was fun!

Makes me kind of regret not picking the game up when it was available. And the only reason I say "kind of" is that I know I do not need more games nor do I have the space for them. I think the thing that turned me off at the time (other than I just never got into the Age of Sigmar- but it seems I could have hand-waived that away, it being Tzeentch's fun-house and all) was that the grid spaces of the game tiles were just super-imposed over the artwork, when in the original Warhammer Quest the art and the game spaces worked together so well. Oh well, missed that one. But you make it look great, congratulations!
I have a YouTube and so can you!

Thank you!

Its very unfortunate that they didn't make all those boardgames made to order.
