Star Trek Clix Coming Soon

Not really my thing but I thought some of you might be interested.  WizKids is coming out with Star Trek based clix games.  Looks like both space ship battles and maybe seperate crew.  Might be a decent source for some miniatures.

Really don't know what to make of this. Not expecting much on the rules front (side note: I have hundreds of heroclix), and seriously worried about the sculpts. Hopefully these will be useful, especially the aliens, hopefully set in the TOS period, but my worry is "modern" trek with star wars starship battles quality non-scale ships...

I'm still hoping to see more not-star trek stuff from Matakishi, I know I need klingons and gorn at least...

The quality of their product has been seriously down since the Secret Invasion set.  The Web of Spider-Man and Watchmen sets are going to be the first release under the new ownership.  I hope we see an increase in quality with those.  That should give a clue to how Star Trek will look.

Well, ships I would be interested in, and maybe some of the crew figures...

hmm... cautiously interested.

However, considering some of the more recent sculpts, this could go poorly.
