How do Westwind's SOTR figures scale up?

I'm thinking of buying some of Westwinds's SOTR Brits in gasmasks and was wondering how they scale up for 28mm? Has anyone got any comparisons to other manufacturers? The only figures I have in my lead mountain from Westwind are some London Bobbies and thugs from the Gothic Horror range and they are smaller than most other 28mm figures in the market (then again they are marketed as 25 - 28mm I suppose).
