Now that sounds like a nice visit. I like that scenario and I think it's a great way of introducing the kid to some REAL wargaming... ;)

Great idea, get them when they are young, then brain wash them.  lol  Game looks like alot of fun.

Lucky to know kids who have the patience! I know far too many youngsters who are hyped up on sugar, are attracted to bright flashy video games like Moths are to bright lights (I was like this too once, I admit!) who get bored of a miniatures wargame as soon as their turn ends! I would personally vouch for miniatures war games being far better than the vast majority of stuff available on a console. Unfortunately most of the younglings around here would disagree!

I had noticed he was getting a bit bored creeping forward and spotting unsuccesfully. Which is why I rolled out the King Tiger.... :D

I figure I broke my King Tiger's 'new unit curse' in a Good Cause.

So next time, when they face a horde of T34s or Patton's armoured divisions they might actually fight somewhat respectably! :)
