GB Plastic Dark Age Warriors Set - Painted Slingers

Just finished the paintwork on some of the new GB plastic warrior set I picked up at Salute. 12 Levy slingers for Anglo Danes/saxons for Saga.

Picture not fantastic, as usual for me, and bases still to be done (note bald guy back left has had his pumice mix added), but it shows them off, and they are an amazing set in my opinion.



5 spare heads (the helmet ones) from the GB Thegns set added to give them even more character as a unit. These stick straight on with no fuss.

Not normally a huge fan of painting plastics, but these were very enjoyable. They sit wonderfully with my Artizan vikings too.
