Some more LW frenchies would be nice also.

well, that would be simple - heads with helmets +/- gasmasks, tack on gas kit and some forage cap heads
that's basically it.
The big trouble with the french is that they did not wear the greatcoats in the trench fights any more, and for this you need completely new figures

Judging from the three ups they'll turn out great. Seems like WW1 finally gets some more attention.
