Thanks again for the comments guys. It is always nice to call a project completed, but I found myself unexpectedly feeling a bit "lost" for a few days before starting a new one. I decided to get cracking on a few Foundry French I have had lying around for the best part of ten years, and it was nice to pick up something different.

Well, as long as you're not going to mix them in the same unit, I don't see that it is a major problem. Lovely work as usual, by the way.

Hoping with the cacadores deployed out as skirmishers it won't be as noticeable, or may rebase to raise them up a bit. Failing that may sell and replace, Will see how it goes.

They are nice and in diferent units i dont think they will be noticeable but in case of changing them go for the Front Rank or Brigade Games ones. They are bigger and they mix well.

Increasing the basing thickness is a good idea.

I added some magnetic strip to some 15mm Essex Napoleonics and that made them seem a lot more compatible with the 18mm ABs they are normally up against. Still shorter, but they don't look out of place in the same game together.

Actually JamesValentine, when the Portuguese army started the caçadores battalions the first ones they picked where rural men well built and used to hunt and with a great terrain knolledge. ;)
