Here is an interesting counter to Spanish activities in Florida
https://www.hnoc.org/publications/first-draft/1850s-narciso-lopez-and-fellow-filibusters-launched-cuban-invasions-new

As to Spanish uniforms you could go with Mexican cazadores or light infantry from the Texas War of Independence or Mexican American War. Or use Foundrys filibusters I also rather like the style of the Trent Royal Etranger Regiment :) https://skytrex.com/products/royal-etranger-regt-car17

You could use Trent,  Foundry, or Old Glory Maroons as militia, old Glory has Seminole Marroons too but no idea what they look like but could easily fit the bill.

You could also use the raydillo uniforms adopted around 1851 in Spanish tropical service.  Glenn Clarke used Perry Confederates in slouch hats to create his for the Cuban Ten Years war.
