The vampire is from the Silver Bayonet's range at North Star. He is a named vampire there.

I'm using my own... Basically experimenting. I'm using a light skin color as base (Elf Flesh from the old GW/Coat D'Arms range) and then applying a coat of Dwarf Skin from the Vallejo Xpress range as if it was a wash. Then I highlight the nose and the cheeks with Elf Flesh again. Was looking for a fast option as this army has a lot of models now.
