Zvezda 0 (Zero)

I know I'm going to catch unending heat over a lunar based RPG. "Fin Stabilized!....." So, we're all going to pretend it's Gyroscopically stabilized, uses magnets, possible unicorn farts... It makes explosions happen way-over-there technology. I loved kit bashing it!

Would it even need to be stabilized? Low gravity and no atmosphere might make it 'laser accurate'.

I’m speculating it would spin like a bottle rocket without a stick on it.

I would go with spin stabilised by angling the vents on the sustain motor to impart spin.

Hmm, relying on fin rockets to increase velocity after launch is also handy for reducing hazardous backblast and/or kickback upon firing.
