Played my first game using the rules. I found them very enjoyable to use and there were some tense moments when gaining the initiative was key.

Whilst using my late war Japanese squad was awkward with both light mortar and lmg in same squad (you can either fire using the mortar or small arms but not both) when it came to hand to hand they were deadly. The idea for the Japanese is to get in there with cold steel against your opponent.

One of my units failed to get on the board as a reserve unit.

A minor victory to the British, but it was close.

All in all I found them enjoyable to use and plan to use them for other conflicts.
