Are these bigger than 28mm?  Some of them are about $10 a piece...which is pretty damned pricey for a table top wargame.

They should be closer to 28mm than your average modern day "we say 28mm but mean 32mm" lines. In the sameish price category as Infinity I would think, which sorta makes sense considering UW's a "fire team level" skirmish game as well.
