Ordering the Black Goat limited figure?

Hi Uncle Mike and crew. I asked this question through your shopping cart website some time ago but didn't hear back. I'd like to place an order for the deepone and get the submerged model. My buddy here in Albq. is also a Black Goat member, but doesn't order online- I bought his membership using my account. How can I place an order for both of us since I am limited to ordering 1 model? Of course we would both like to get our copy of the submerged model. Hope the question makes sense. Thanks much.

Does the "Contact Us" box in your shop lead to any traceable point in time and space? I tried it once, never got a reply.

Tacking on to their history of making changes to the back end without telling us, our webhost recently altered a number of email settings that may have caused requests from the form to vanish into the ether.  I've since updated everything, and the form is now delivering comments directly to Mike's mailbox once again.
