I know you can print from PDF, I'm not stupid, I've done that many times.

Alright, let me simplify the question (I'm trying to get an answer without someone having to post a PIC of the page).

Is it full of fancy graphics, scrollwork etc (like the FG book) or is it just text?
If it's the latter, great.
If it's the former then I can't print it (graphics will take to long to print) then is it possible to get a text-only version, either separately or bundled with the normal version?

It has the same format as the FG book, so you can base your decision on that format.

Ah, with the scroll artwork on each page? Shame, as that's what prevented me from printing the FG book. :(

So then the question goes back to:

Any chance of a text-only (or at least one that only uses the bare minimum of pictures) version of the file? Joe?

I'm afraid no, we're not going to produce a plain text version.

For what it's worth, it's a 12-page document. Two pages (revised Wizard sheet) ARE text-only already, one page can be ignored (imprint/copyright info) and the very graphic-heavy front page could also be ignored if desired. So, there are only 7 pages with scrollwork and a handful of images. It's a bit of a different prospect to the 120-page-plus rulebook!

You could always paste the text into a Word document, I guess, if it's that much of an issue. Bit of formatting and you'd have your own plain text version.

Just reading Sellsword... I think I'm missing something.

Captain activates in soldier phase. What advantage is there to use group activation in soldier phase where all remaining soldiers would move anyway?

It means the captain and some of his buddies can gang-tackle someone in the soldier phase.
