Hail Hannibal
« on: 21 February 2016, 04:50:18 PM »

Richard and I had another great game of Hail Caesar with our Punic Wars collections on Tuesday. I am only 5 days late with the battle report this time, must be catching up!

As usual, a battle report with lots more images on Scrivsland.

Very nice, Scrivs!  Got some Aventines there, I see.  Nice plaid on the Celts... I can't paint it that well here, I'm afraid.  :-(

They aren't wearing plaids! The plaid is a much more modern garment.

BTW, Scrivs, have you considered posting your AAR and pics to the Hail Caesar forum at WG? I'm sure that many there would enjoy seeing them.

Cheers,
Scott

Spectacular!  Really must finish those Victrix Romans (when I've painted all that WW1 stuff...)

Some great looking pics.
You have to love those massed figures and all that colour.
