Yesterday it was all about stopping the German Blitzkrieg in its tracks as we played a (pretty crowded) 2 vs 2 in Chain of Command.


The rather small 45mm L66 supported by a infantry squad, and supervised all the time by the Senior Leader of the Russian defending forced, proved to be a impenetrable first line of defense.
Destroying the main support of the attackers, a StuG III right at the opening of the battle.


But the VIP of the battle was a elite scout squad. Throwing themself into deadly close combat twice with German squads, coming out on top both times and in the end crushing the last hopes of the Germans to break through by taking their platoon leader as a prisoner of war.
