I love that the antlers rhyme with the base!

Thanks! Unintentional, but it works :)

Love the colour palette and execution. Great work.

Cheers fella. Took me a while to figure out what I wanted colours-wise, hope it works.

That is a tip top creation  :-*

Thanks a lot!

Super creepy.

As beefcake said, great choice of palette  :)

Cheers mate - wasn't sure on the palette so glad to hear.

The coven leader is just perfect :-*.

Thanks!

Excellent construction and painting.

Cheers mate!

Great battle reports with a really interesting format. Put that together with fantastic figures, great terrain and an alternate milieu and you've come up with something really original.

Thanks a bunch. Yeah, it's a little more involved than the majority of hobbyists but I'm really enjoying it so far - looking forward to doing more reports for other systems too.

Couple more knights ready for paint, and messing around with a new lightbox and terrain:

" ... the seventh wave of Thrall stumbled and climbed over the slippery, piled dead and Mazzarin saw The Watcher with them and at last knew the number of his days."

Was lucky enough to pick up a new lightbox over Xmas, and have been spending some time getting acquainted with it as well as finally figuring out manual settings on my phone camera. Snapping some pics of old completions that barely fit in the old lightbox is a bit cheeky but fun - here's the first, the archer levy of Yolwood:

Nothing cheeky about it, always good to see decent photos of really well-painted figures, otherwise what is the point?   :D

Thanks gents :)

First completion of 2021! A regiment of twelve Inner Chamber knights acting as bodyguards to the Black Order's marshals, taking to the field wherever the fighting will be heaviest. Spent some extra time trying to make each knight look individual.

Yes, it’s very good  :-*  Is that ‘the salt method’, or just cunning stippling? :)
