I've realised that I didn't actually post the leagues I've been using recently and I don't see why you should get away with that.

So, to start with, the crew of the "Aroura". The Aroura is a two masted Schooner with a small crew, who are surviving the political turmoil of the alternative 1930's of my overactive imagination. This is a world where WW1 ended in 1916 and Germany dissolved into pre 1871 mini-states, and Britain is under the heel of King Edward the 8th and his undemocratically appointed Prime Minister Oswald Moseley. Other states and continents are in various levels of order or chaos according to my mood. Anyone thinking this borders on megalomania may be right.

Anyway, the Aroura is home to a group of four heroes, or possibly cons, crooks and traitors depending on who you are talking to. They are as follows:

Leader, Captain Betsy Miller

Sidekick: John MacPherson

Sidekick 2 (This is a "Company of heroes" league) Fredrik Johansen:

Juana Ramirez

The next league will be along soon...

I too have just worked my way through this labour of love, front to back.
Splendid work, all of it.
“Lev the Anarchist” is simply sublime!!
Great mini well executed, don’t get a whole lot pulpier!!
Please tell me who makes him, I must acquire!
Thank you,

Valerik

Just read through your entire thread, and you have inspired me to make an automobile or 2 out of cardboard.
Wonderful work, absolutely tip top.

Hi, thank you for all the kind comments and sorry for the lack of responses; life keeps intervening with demands I focus on "work" and leaving little time for important stuff like making cardboard models. A somewhat half-hearted attempt at another warehouse is sitting looking reproachfully at me as I type this.

@valerik: Lev is a pulp Figures character although I've forgotten which set.

Meet the officers of the Republic of Württemberg Zeppelin force, which sadly never existed outside of my rather overactive imagination:

These probably won't be in a league, or maybe a couple including the rather splendid Captain will be mixed with other Zeppelin troops but I wanted a crew in the event of my actually completing my own Zeppelin, and as I live very close to where the originals were made, they had to be from Württemberg.

I also wanted to keep practising and improving on my painting. I'm still not where I want to be but my results are certainly better than the embarrassing early attempts.
