Only just caught this thread.
Lovely work so far.
I see that again we have very similar starting points with our OGAM forces and I really must steal the idea for the serpent as that is something that I have been dithering over.
I love yours.

The snake is an easy conversion. Just a question  of cutting and  and setting up the different parts in a natural way

well as a summer project we are now in autumn (not by the weather but by the calendar indeed) 

back to this topic with some finished viking's living deads.







and a few humans too , as Berserkers (nearly dead too) :

You are right that, somehow, those berserkers fit in really well with the undead warriors.
