Thank you! Not a direct size comparison yet, but they are 7mm tall head-to-toe.

Pretty happy with the overall effect. They'll definitely be a well cohese army once done!

Thanks! At this point i'm stuck with my standard 24x36 bases with rounded corners. I did print a LOT of them a while ago and i'm sticking with them! :)

Hello again all,
These are Lazy Forger's upcoming 6mm minis upscaled & printed in 18mm.

Quite pleased with the results ( except for some minor misprints, sometimes resin printing is crazy & I tend to over support !!! ).
The detail is quite nice , especially the scopes, gun barrels & mask / breathing pipes.

I learnt something new. There is no need to undercoat water washable resin ( I use Elegoo ) , just a blue black wash ( in this case ) & a dry brush of Citadel grey ( I like how this leaves a really nice matt finish ). Then apply colours . I did these using Contrast & my washes/mixes.

Thanks for the pictures Z! Happy to see the models printed in 15mm with good results!

Speaking of models, I sort-of finished the armoured infantry too!



it's heavy, but not too enormous. Can't wait for the test-print to finish! :)

I need to make sure my wife doesn't see these- she has always wanted to get into 6mm gaming ever since she saw old GW Epic stuff. Oh, who am I kidding- I will show them to her and she will love them and insist I buy the files and a resin printer. Oh no, woe is me ;)

The table, though. It feels very realistic in terms of how the shacks are placed in the ravines. If you told me you built models for film and television I would easily believe it.

Everything is coming together in a nice cohesive whole, and that is something that some designers just don't quite get. This stuff is awesome and I hope it doesn't distract me from the incoming 28mm project about to arrive ;D

I generally do my hard surfaces in Sketchup for practical reasons, but most of the work here it's been done in Blender!

Well, the nice thing of a 6mm project (especially when you can print it all) is that it's EXTREMELY fast to build up.
A game of FSD requires a couple of dozen bases per side, you can ideally print a 60 points faction ready to play in a single printer plate, and paint it over the evening!

Joing the 6mm side! We have *tiny* cookies! :3

Heh, I wish that too - We're working on vendor's licenses, so hopefully the people will start producing those soon!

Meanwhile, here's the FINAL version of the power armours. Very happy with the final look!



... And off to the printer they go!
