Great for just about everything! Plus separate heads again as per usual!

WOW! Nice! Now I don't have to waste money on those ridiculously over-bid Ash Waste Nomads on ebay. Thanks for posting this revelation, brother!

This kind of stuff makes me want to play some sci-fi game, or at least paint something.

Can I buy them with some other head sprue if I ask nicely? Not that paying £3 extra for another sprue would bankrupt me but...well, can I?

Those are rather tasty.
Would they scale in with Copplestone's sewer scavengers? They have a similar look...

I believe Pig Iron minis are a tad shorter, but nothing that would ruin it for you.

By gawd, those are excellent. Will be adding them to the list! :-*

I want to like em but just can't. It is a combo of the masks and the rags over the masks that kill it for me. Why put a rag over a gasmask?

Cause it's cool!  ::)

Then buy the other kolony troops then.

I like these a lot- the ragged appearance they could be used as scavengers or they even have a cultist look about them. Oh yes Sir. Nice. :D

Yes, I definitely want some of these!

I can accept the idea of them having some sort of covering over the gasmasks. After all, not everyone thinks rationally - assuming they are human, of course and are not aliens with totally unfathomable thought processes. Alternatively they could well be religious nutters under the influence of a powerful but insane "Messiah" who believes that bits of rag covering your face is a good thing, or overcome by mind-rotting chemicals, maybe they believe that their grotesque appearance is genuinely unsettling etc etc. The "cloth" masks could even be painted as skin flayed from their victims  >:D

They are well sculpted, imaginitive, dynamic and very good for a variety of uses. The extra heads give plenty of variants even with the smallish number of basic poses. Hopefully the spare heads will fit in with Copplestone and other similar scavenger types, giving even more potential variants.

I'd have to work very hard not to like them  ;)

They will have to wait until I've sold my soul to Malamute in exchange for his Zorro figures, but hopefully they will go on my Christmas list. Thanks for the post, Commander!

No problems there mate. Nice idea with the flayed skin, I was thinking:

'not' sand people
early T600 infiltrators?
Cultists
Necromuda Scavies
Chemdogs
Traitor guard
Weird World War soviet radwraiths

The posibilities are endless.

I didn't realise they were gasmasks, I thought it was rags over bionic bits.

Great figures. I have some of their basic infantry and they are a dream to paint. I like these.

Thanks for pointing this out, Vyper. They might make good companions for my Copplestone scavengers.

Pig Iron rules... I have some of their milita and they are a real pleasure to paint. And absolutely versatile in terms of usefulness.
