Well, thanks for the announcement, I'm just tickled pink to be in on the secret presale leveel !!

But it leaves open questions about shipping.

I'm in the USA and want the book and whatever the free secret promotional figure is.  Does that mean I should pay $5.80CAN for the book alone, or $15CAN for book plus figures?  And if it is the second, why is the 'book alone' rate included at all ? 

Thanks in advance if you can clear this up for me.

I totally fogot about that.  But for the pre-orders with the free fig, just pay the basic shipping unless you are ordering some other figures.  The free guy is small enough to fit through the "guide" the post office uses to determine which level it is.  Most of the other figures are larger and definately won't fit between the thing.
