67 & 68 = Ice.  Moving one of my plastic storage
boxes it fell apart !!!! To many days in
a very hot /very cold wargames room
had made it brittle. 'Waste not want not'
now I have a section of broken ice.
69 = ...a boat. To be used in modern scenarios.
70,71,72 = Alien plants. I wanted to use up the few
bits I had on the work table, then when
moving a stack of (what I thought were
                 empty) boxes...an avalanche!!!
The floor was covered in such 'Alien plants'.

Some:-
 polystyrene packaging,
odd 'interesting' bits,
& a wall made from some old bases
taken off some second hand figures...
et voila
'Zog's Place'  a run down, but popular
drinking establishment, for my Sci-Fi
games.

Over the last two weeks I have been clearing my Wargames
room, as people are coming to insulate the roof. You've
probably seen the TV adverts, 'Too hot in Summer?...Too
cold in Winter?'  Well:-
Phone call, visit from nice lady & swinging a bank loan =
the workmen due tomorrow. I thought I would take the
(rare) opportunity of a (relatively) clear room to show
what it is like right now.
To most of you it won't mean a thing, to those who have
seen it in its usual state, you'll be going, 'WOW!!!!  Where
have you put it all?' The answer is mainly the double garage,
spare bedroom, corridors & the shed. :o
It is my hope that when I start to bring stuff back in, I take
a long hard look at each & every box. Do I think I will use it,
complete it or sell it?

Is that it cleared ready for them to replace the roof?

Not wanting to worry you (and I suppose, I don’t know quite what they are doing to the roof) but we had our conservatory roof replaced at the end of last year with a solid roof and we completely cleared the conservatory for them to work in.

Swapping the roof has made a huge difference - well worth the cost. We have really used the conservatory loads in the last 6-7 months since it was done. Not only is the temperature better the light is better, as before it was often so bright you were always squinting.

“Don’t hit me with them negative waves so early in the morning. Think the roof will be there and it will be there. It’s a mother, beautiful roof, and it’s gonna be there. Ok?“

Work is finished on both conservatories.
We are pleased with how much cooler they both are.
Next up is the long slog of 'Sorting'.
I have managed to reclaim my painting table!!!
It has not been used as a painting area for...years!
I don't want to go back to piles & piles of boxes etc.
On that theme... anyone want some (tons of) interesting
things (tat, part done projects, never really started
projects etc.) ????? ??? ??? ???
