Anyone got a torch ?

Honest Bob, it is not THAT dark, but I
took the photo late in the day. It is a
lot cooler. I can sit in there without having
to wear a hat.

Acquired pre-painted ACW.
Now after:- repairs, tarting up, rebasing &
giving them new flags.
They are table ready.

See them and others in action here:-

The mounted officer I painted myself.

Further to the ACW game
https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=132487.msg1682617#msg1682617
and a little bit of pressure from Vodkafan I finally
decided to change those singly based figures from
sabot bases over to 40 x 40mm MDF bases. I have started
with the Yanks, well I have fewer of them (bias showing :D).
Even so it was a finger hurting exercise involving over a
hundred figures!!!!  The glue & filler put up a heck of a fight.
Here are some 'progress so far' shots. Not finished, but a
lot of progress so far.

Oh, forgot to add, as a further bowing to Vodkafan influence,
my skirmishers are going onto 3,2,1 basing. This will help
me remember a house rule, 'Skirmishers do NOT get the
fire option, only the Skirmish (half dice & up to half move)
option.

To give my poor fingers a rest, (prizing all
of those figures off their penny bases was
a real pain), I tarted up two resin adobe
buildings, one 15mm & one 25/28mm.
I got them from a friend of a friend.
They were solid white with silver windows.
I have added several washes & some dry brushing,
also various carpets, drying in the sun, and a
covering for the 28mm door. Hope you guys like them.
4165-7 = 15mm
4168-72 = 25/28mm

Courtesy of colour supplements that come
with Sunday papers. I cut out rectangles from
bright shirts, dresses etc. crumple them up,
open them back up,
then glue them in place with watered down
PVA.

Thanks Bob. The 15mm one is earmarked for WW2 North Africa,
while the 28mm will see use in:- Peninsular Napoleonic,
Spanish Civil War, Western Gunfight, Mexican revolution,
and (soon) Operation Huskey (WW2 Sicily).

All of the ACW figures, that were based on pennies,
have now been rebases. Unfortunately the computer
is refusing to recognise the camera's disc, so I can't
show you all the proof. :'(

Photo problem solved.
Bought a £5 card reader.
Now we have the proof that the rebasing is done. :D

Thanks David. It was (literally) a pain, but
it had to be done, plus I am happy it is finished.
I am getting closer to what I want, that is (for each period):-
Enough table ready figures to field two (probably small) forces,
Some nice scenery, including some period specific,
Rules I am happy to play complete with extras (unit stats etc),
Some friends of like minds and
a FEW unfinished bits (ACW it is Cavalry at the moment) so
that it still keeps me interested.

Not much to ask, is it? :D
