As I am waiting for some banana stalks to dry, I turned to a tub
of Poppy seeds (put to one side to dry out about a year & a half ago)
and some Pot-Pouri the wife was getting rid of.

Result is some more alien flora

She buys stuff like that herself, but is very nice & always gives me option, to keep or bin,
when she has finished with things.

Thanks again Bloggard.
The great thing with Sci-Fi, & to a lesser extent Fantasy, scenery is
I can leave them by the side of the Workbench, then when I have
a little paint left over (Red in this case) they get it. The weathering
is a mixture of thinned washes (making that last bit of paint go further)
and then dry brushing (normally from a Match-pot).

Another off-cut, this time turned into an alien menhir,

On a similar theme two alien devotional/sacrificial carved stones.
Used to be the weights to hold down party balloons.

More inventive use of resources. Get an army of clones and there would be no need for recycling :-).

Ah, but where to store it all? That is why I am grateful to James (Vodkafan) for all his hard
work selling a lot of it on e-bay. Events like Hammerhead's 'Trade at Table' help too.

My friend Gregor (aka Zingara) gave me some figures last time he visited,
well...it has taken a while (& a few missing tentacles were replaced) but
I have completed them.
I have given them working titles, so here is the first, 'Alien Stack'  lol lol lol
And his mate, 'Tall Mouth'
