Wow...they look pretty damn good altogether like that - the colour scheme and the basing really tie them all in

Thank you all!

Finished up a few models over the weekend, including this Reaper Bones skeleton ogre. Will be used for Rangers of Shadow Deep mostly, and I think I will start posting my models for that game here instead of my Frostgrave thread.

Nice work.  You captured the look I was going for when I painted the same guy...but I didn't, so I sold it off :D

Excellent work all around. Love the basing on the LotW warband.

Have you played many games with them?

Thank you! Two games yet, against Horde and Underearth. The first one was a narrow win (or loss, can't remember... fairly even anyway) with a rater odd scenario generation, and the second was a massive victory helped by some good dice at clutch moments.

My big projects so far this year has been the Guardians in this very thread, Rangers of Shadow Deep and a Norse Gael force for SAGA, but beside this I've been doing the usual collecting plastics and kitbashing bits and pieces. These have just sort of accumulated on my work bench in anticipation of being used for something, maybe Rangers, maybe Frostgrave. Thought I'd post some here, hope you enjoy!

Frostgrave arms and Ghost Archipelago head on a Fireforge Northman body:

Fireforge peasant arms and Victrix viking head on an Oathmark body:

Straight up Fireforge peasant:

Fireforge Templar head and Northmen arms on a Victrix viking body:

Perry Agincourt cavalry arms and Frostgrave Wizard head on a Frostgrave Soldier body:

Frostgrave barbarian arms and a Victrix viking head on a GW Kairic Acoloyte body:

What do you think?

Some really interesting combos, especially like 1,4 & 6...must get me some Victrix Vikings to add to the pile.

Is the cat part of the FF peasants sprue, or a Frostgrave Wizard familiar?

You're right, it's from the Wizard II kit. I had to check, but there are no animals in the Folk Rabble kit.

Nice, the first one with the double handed sword over the should reminds me of Rutger Hauer in flesh and blood, I like the last one to, nice kit bash. The undead ogre, is the head a seperate part? Could you make a regular armoured ogre with a head swap?

Thank you!

The ogre is a Reaper Bones Black model, and they come pre-assembled. I imagine you could get the head out of there, but it would take a lot of work.
