A most inspiring video I found today. Perfect use for tabletop tunnels, I´d say:

I really fancy a tunnel system!

Thanks for your interest. I made two new moulds yesterday: One for the left staircase wall and one for T-junction floor. I will be doing one more today (then I´ll be run out of silicone) and finish some junction walls masters. There is still something missing. Mainly on the to-do-list are:

Station platform entrance/exit wall section
Platform end walls with and without entrance/exit (one left and one right each)
Track level train entrance/exit for the stations (one left and one right each)
Walkway tunnel dead ends (for straight walls and for curved walls each)

The above will finish the basic tunnel system for both sewers and tube train station. I will possibly add some detailed sections for upgrades later (for those who prefer to buy finished parts rather than scratch building). These may be angle junctions, waste water tube ends, walkways/bridges and stairs for sewers, guard/technical rooms, doors/grids (to separate corridor sections) and possibly some details as add ons for the stations.

You can already get the pieces available yet. These are:
Staircase
Straight corridor (curved walls)
Straight corridor (straight walls)
Straight corridor intersection (sraight to curved walls)
...and the same as sewers (curved floor instead of level tiled)
I ask 2,50 € per piece - plus packing and postage (depending on weight and where to ship). One piece weighs approximately 200g. A 4in/10cm long section consists of 3 pieces (or 4 if you want a ceiling as well). Note that the staircase consists of 4 wall pieces, one floor piece plus the steps. I count that as six pieces and offer a complete staircase for 15 € (without ceiling). There is no ceiling for the staircase available, but you can cut the normal ceilings ends at an angle to make them fit. If there is enough interest, I may make special staircase ceilings too.
I will add red pigment on request to make the tiles look like bricks and thus save you painting. I will charge additional 0,50 € per piece for doing so.

So anybody who wants to start glueing and painting now, may order and make me cast.

Sounds like a plan, may have to make a little underground station I think... ;)

certainly an option to be considered for next year ;)

I think You could add others colors as well for variety, since You do not cast for stock?
Yellow like the original, or green, blue - whatever tere might be all over the world or in our fantasy...

I guess there won't be train tunnels, just the station?
will the floor panels be the same as the train platform panels to add for width in the station?
Will the station be accessible from the sides or from the center?
how about walkway tunnel curves?

just asking...

The station pieces are finished and ready for making moulds. I have a left and right side end wall with both a passenger and train tunnel. The passenger tunnel may be blocked by a dead end wall insert (or one with a smaller opening for a guard room or something).
I also have platform pieces (Mind the gap!) and tunnel wall and ceiling pieces for 360° coverage.
