What is the German for 'mind the gap' ?  :)

Literally: "Denke an den Spalt"
Common German speaker call for oncoming trains: "Vorsicht an der Bahnsteigkante!" (Pay attention at platform edge)

I made another platform, both are still in progress...

Not yet, because we are in progress of writing an own ruleset which will revolve the tabletop gaming market...this takes a little time too.

I think I may have found something useful!

These are very thin (1/3 mm or so) magnets, and the red circle is 25 mm (a 25mm slotta exactly covers it).

Available for a little more than € 1, a little less than £ 1, and a little less than $ 1.5 .

With a small piece og sheet metal, you have instant interchangeable signs for moving the action from station to station.....?
Ask at the LAF, and answer shall thy be given!

I don't think there were any other variants than these.... I was in a bit of a hurry, as the store is in the railroad/bus station centre in Odense where I work, and I just had a few extra moments to look through it before catching my commuter train home.

I also bought my wife a dusty-blue mug (she loves dusty blues and greens) - and some 'baileys tea' (I'm collecting points for Horisont in Esbjerg end of November  ;) ) - and she promptly asked if we could get some more, so I might have a chance for another peek, soonish...

I thought them a nice prop, and bought them mostly for showing here, as I have currently no exact plans for any underground adventures.....  :)

Hmmmm... there IS a subway entrance in one of my Worldworks sets btw....

Nice  :)

Very good work on show here. I would say museum quality at least. The colours and 'scale' of the painting is top notch  :-*  :-*

cheers

seriously, if it were not for the joints of the pieces and the sometimes obvious scale it could easily be a movie set

They are truly amazing. Just one tiny teeny niggle re: track.

In the London underground theres a 'jumper's trap, ie the rails are raised so there's a gutter under them, so if someone 'falls' they have a chance of rolling under the track rather than being sliced up on the track or fried, (usually only at the underground platforms and not where the tube moves overground or where stations are just on the edge of overground track):

If you made some of that as well that would be simply amazing, Oh and I haven't forgotten about the pirates, as soon as they surface I'll send em over.

Thanks, I knew that and was thinking a lot of how to make such, but finally decided not to do it. I made mine the way I did, because I want them to be pre-war (1930s) and do believe that those raised rails are a more modern invention - also the ballasted tracks will make it easier to place figures on, I guess.

Another little progress: One platform section is completed now, there is lighting installed and a box build around. I look forward to finish in until end of this month...
