You will need to wait on my brother for a full answer as far as I know the models are hollow in certain parts

Nice one Col! I like the battle damage/chipping on the legs!

All these models are set to 30% infill. So mostly hollowed, yes!

Well me tried our first game tonight we had 5 mechs each and it may have been a bit too many
Some photos of the action/ or mechs falling over a lot
We started off rolling pilot checks for every movement but all our mechs kept on falling over

First time we have played these rules in about 20 years. so we were a bit slow and it will be a while before we finish

Marvellous to see these in play, but why were you rolling piloting checks every time something moved? Everyone wading through water?
Operating from an abandoned US spy base somewhere in the Australian outback, Miniature Martin produces games and scale miniatures set in parallel worlds, past and future. He is NOT trying to take over the Earth. This time.

We were rolling every time because my brother was reading the rules ;D
It has been a very long time since we played this game, it is taking a bit of relearning

Cheeky b@#$@$$! lol

There was a full page table in the Master Rulebook we were using, that gave all the instances to roll pilot checks. Moving was one of them. Depending on the speed/no. of hexes, the modifier went up to +4. Using default Inner Sphere Piloting Skill, that meant roll over an 8 on 2d6!(4+4=8)

We agreed pretty quickly just to do it for running and jumping!

If you are moving in water, its a check for EVERY hex!! :o

Reading the rules at the moment and can't find what you were taking about

You don't roll for walking, running or jumping, unless there's a terrain reason for it.

I think you're misinterpreting modifiers to shoot at a target as modifying a piloting skill roll.

I've tried something a wee bitty different for the Urbanmech. Not great camo for a desert! lol

Really, that would depend a lot on the nature of what chemical compounds are found in that desert.
Cobalt Chloride fields would lend themselves to that scheme, readily.

Love that paint job. Don't care where it ends up. I just stumbled upon the Elementals myself.
