hi i am starting a mega gargant and i was woundering how big it should be . my great gargant is 40cm height to the shoulder i was thinking make the mega gargant 45 cm to the shoulder at least 50cm wide . What do you think.

You're doing it wrong.  Just build it and see how big it comes out.

Personal feeling suggests 50cm to make it distinctive from your great gargant.

Do you have any pictures of what you've made already? That might help with getting responses.

KrooZa did a useful gargant size chart back in the day. The waaagh seems to be offline so I'm struggling to find it, but a bit of googling might lead you to something  more useful than the BoLS thumbnail I found.

Numbers won't be exact for you, but gives a good idea of the difference in scale between the gargant types. Of course, gargants are whatever you want them to be, so long as it's suitably chunky I don't think anyone will be too picky.

Here's a great side by side comparison of the figures produced for the Epic scale.  Each step up in size looks like it adds one "Head" worth of height.  So putting the shoulder of your Mega-Gargant right at the top of the head of your Regular Sized Gargant should work.
