The buildings and insurgents all look very good!  Well done, lad!

O must say, your posts are quite inspirational...

Merci beaucoup Jimbo

Nice figures!

That Samba bus, even in that abandoned state, would sell for more today than the houses of the entire street :)

Caused me to look and ye Gods, you're right! Insane prices for an original. Upwards of US $100K for one in decent condition.

Buggers me as to why. I've spent more than enough time in their half-sister Kombi vans, in their illegal group taxi/ private-public bus version.

You're doing a great job with those buildings.

Former hippies eventually became the moneybags they hated so much but they have a nostalgia for their old stuff. There is a guy a few kms from where I live, he makes a living by renovating two Samba buses per year. His work is perfect down to the molecular level and there is simply a market for it.

Again, that abandoned bus would make a perfect objective :) Soldiers just barter all the guns and tanks for it and they walk away as wealthy men :)

KILL THE HIPPIES! Scenario sorted.  ;)

Sure there's a figure with a mohawk weilding an axe out there somewhere.

Cold War Gets Hotter 1999 - European Farm Complex finished. By the look of the crop, it seems like the owner might be a Gentlemen🌿🚬

Nice! A hemp production facility.  lol

The lighting makes total sense now and whatever plastic aquarium foliage you have used looks like a pretty damn good reprentation of the crop. I take it you got your plans from a copy of Hydroponic Gardener's Monthly magazine? :D

Surely this has to be the one and only 28mm cannabis farm on the forum right  lol

Was just thinking that myself. I can think of folk doing coke stashes with little packets of product, although I'm yet to see a really good representation of a jungle coca processing lab, precursor chemicals and leaf baths etc. There are definitely a few opium dens out there although I cannot recall anyone doing poppy fields per se. Maybe someone's done a meth factory a la Breaking Bad? Dunno. Probably not much enthusiasm for producing a fentanyl lab. Basically any industrial warehouse would suffice.

Yup, I reckon this is the first miniature grow house I have seen. Hat's off to you sir!

Um, isn't growing weed still illegal in some parts of the world?   8)

I trust that container houses a generator.  They're gonna need one once somebody bombs the local power plant... 8)

It do look good, though!

That’s great modelling. Totally original and beautifully realised :D

I’m pretty sure growing it on a commercial scale like that is still illegal here ;)

Half a lifetime ago I lived in an apartment that had weird stains on the carpet and a slightly odd, musty/organic smell. It was cheap and convenient and the smell dissipated fairly quickly.  Not long after I moved in the water and electricity bills came in for the previous tenant. They were absolutely astronomical, even by today's standards. I surmised that the previous tenants were mad keen horticulturalists. Probably wholesome farming types who missed their rural roots ;)
