Sci-Fi Crane Tower

Some time ago I bought the 40K Galvanic Servo crane thingy, just as a bit of terrain.

I like the crane design and as it is mounted on a ring, I thought I would make a tower for it so it can sit much higher.



Or lower if one is afraid of knocking it off a high perch...

Have you done anything to keep the crane in place? It’s a while since I’ve had the crane on the table, and can’t recall how well balanced it is.

The crane is quite well balanced, but I will try to make a safety clip of some sort. 40K Health and Safety!

Cheers, this is something I have designed to add to my industrial terrain. I do not have my own laser cutter, but Jim at Products For Wargamers may well get it on his site as soon as I finish fiddling with the drawing.
