Last Friday I received my all-in pledge of Bloodborne: the Board Game. 12 boxes filled with tiles, tokens, cards and lots of miniatures (around 210). Since Bloodborne is my all-time favourite video game I just had to get all of it...and get stuff painted.
For the first miniature I started with the first boss most players will encounter in the video game: the Cleric Beast. A huge deformed beast jumping down unto the gothic bridge...screaming at you and trying to claw, punch, rake and jump you. I struggled for a long time against him and have good memories of it. So it was the obvious choice for me.
I rebased him on a MDF base with a layer of putty on it. I rolled the putty with a texture roller from Green Stuff World. This will be the type of base for all of the miniatures. The painting went fast with the Citadel Black Templar Contrast paint and some fast highlights.

Next up will be some Scourge Beasts (read Werewolves) and the first hunter.
