Oddly enough, just this week I found myself defending a nice chap, where a hypothetical and slight variation of that question had lead to to him being grilled by an HR drone. It was a looooooooong week.

But yeah, a hug woud be nice. 

I think my daughter left HR after working with some of the drones you describe.

Cheers guys, I enjoyed knocking that one up.   Only wish I had the inspiration to build a few more items in that way….I don’t fancy making houses as such.

Anyway, I'm hoping the church will arrive soon, then I can set about that……I was thinking about adding some kind of covered cloister to one side of it, that or a covered walkway to the main door, or leading from a side door to a “meditative / contemplative” under cover area built in a similar style to the lych gate, to tie it into the grave yard…..that might be an interesting mini project, I shall think on…

I have had to contact them as the two buttresses have been left out on the main hall, but that should resolve quickly enough.

No print lines, very clean.  Should be an easy paint I think.

Yup this is a great model.  They are sending me the missing buttresses hopefully straight away.  The interior is crisp and have nice detailing.  I will have to buy some church pews and an altar separately though…shame they couldn’t have done that.

I don't think pews were that common at this time... you'd get family boxes (little private fenced off areas for the well to do to stand) and then a free for all further back... standing room only

Pews were very much a feature of ecclesiastical furniture by the mid 1600s. Their form may have varied from what you might see to day and indeed those for the more wealthy or well placed were like semi enclosed boxes (box pews) or they could be just be high backed and high sided. Box pews could be quite ornate and well appointed and were sometimes curtained for privacy.

I doubt anyone produces this sort of furniture in miniature but basic box pews should be pretty easy to knock up from scratch.

That's an impressive looking but of resin btw. Looking forward to seeing that painted up. I just wish someone would do something of a similar size in brick.

in the interests of playability though, it's probably not worth adding them, a confined space for say 6 people crammed together isn't feasible with minis on bases.
