That boards looking very good.

Does that mean printed figures are brittle for gaming purposes. Ie those that are ham fisted like myself.

Depends on the figures.  Anything with spiky bits or this weapons would be worrying me.  However simple crowd minis balling their fists would be absolutely fine I think.

Ranked up minis probably not such a problem if based together however but  I’m worried about individual minis needing a lot of handling.  Personal choice but hey ho…

So we played our first intro battle…..twice…..tonight….loved it!    Worth the effort over the past few weeks.

First I painted a few more civilians.   These women NEVER batted an eyelid despite the carnage happening about their garden! Lol

So now we can start campaigning properly…….😉

That looks so good! Those peasant women look fantastic: love the patterned cloth. Glad to hear that it played well too.

Aye looking forward to the next few weeks…..more games on the way.

Anyway, thought I’d share my latest bout of insanity with you…..ok, it’s no bridge over the Kwai but it did my head in last night!  The hardest bit was figuring how to bend the poles….then it was brain numbing doing all the. knotting!

Would they not steam and bend. Just be careful with your paws if bending bamboo over steaming kettle.
Nice battle.

Thanks both….luckily I’m starting to run out of bamboo usage ideas…..despite still having half the bag of skewers  left! 🥴

Anyway…plenty to do this weekend as these arrived and need painting.

What a great project. You can't go wrong with the Oshiro buildings, they're excellent. Its good to see the civilians and 'stuff' on the table, it makes for a much more interesting set up, as well as some scenario options.
