It was a great game and good fun. The enjoyment helped with being able to game on Dave’s terrain.

Just putting my brain into gear and trying to decide on another opposing force.

What surprises do I have in store for Dave?
All the best!

Jamie.

I also have the jungle mat at 3 x 3.

Jamie, the monks are great.   I particularly like their musketeers!   Interested to see what companion you salt in on for the next game….looking forward to it!

Cheers chaps.

I found some moss covered plastic pebbles on Amazon so thought I’d knock up a quick zen garden.   I couldn’t get neat lines as I was using scale ballast, but you get the idea!

Holy fish pond koi!  And there is one in his pond.  :o

I do hereby and officially nominate Digits for the following award:

Lead Adventure Forum Master Terrain Maker Simultaneous Diversity of Projects Master with Very Colorful Butterfly Wings. (MTMSDPMVCBW for short  lol)

Now, one of you talented sculptors need to come up with a figure to go with the award I am quite sure he will win.  And, good luck, you can leave it for him to paint it - and do a brilliant job on it.

And now I know why some of his other projects I've been following have, temporarily, fallen by the way side.

Man, this is beautiful and inspiring work. Great job.

Great garden!

The fight has gone across it already, so of course it could use a bit more raking...

Or Most Dopey.   lol lol lol

Excelent work, by the way, David.

You can find great gems on all David’s projects. Still one of my favourites is the apple barrels caught in the cattle stampede “vulture creek” or the grass skirted jazz band daftest Africa.
Do like those moss stones. Is it static flock on them?

David, just a thought on Zen gravel gardens.
I am sure I have seen bead place-mats.
If you could get some & cut shapes out of them... worth a look anyway. :)

This thread is a treat, fantastic work! I just ordered a couple of sarissa buildings and those bamboo trees myself.  :-*

Game booked for tomorrow night…..so had to get up early this am to finish off a few bits of fencing and paint a couple of store houses, another village hut and a wooden barracks.

Layout now for tomorrow.
