Well done, and inspiring.  :)

I've long been thinking about doing a small campaign starting with some humanoids (could be Lizardmen) with medieval weapons living on some island, then (historical) 18th or 19th C. human sailors and soldiers arriving and trying to conquer the place; then after some games the Lizardmen would begin to copy the muskets themselves...  lol

Thanks all and Patrice, that's actually a great idea! Might steal that  :-*

No problem. :)

There is historical and fictional inspiration for such scenarios: Portuguese sailors introducing arquebuses in Japan in the 16th century, traders selling weapons to Natives in North-East America in the 18th C., adventurers trying to use local tribes elsewhere (The Man Who Would Be King) etc.

If there are more than two players there could be different views and objectives in each side: disagreement amongst the invaders (one just willing to invade and another trying to negociate with locals) and also between the defenders (one just willing to resist and another willing to negociate) etc.

Um, just saying.  ::)  lol Too many scenario and projects, not enough time!  lol

Better and better!

Alas, the lizard folk boxes are out of stock in the US and UK/Eu. I ALMOST told my FLGS to put in an order. However, restock possible this month, so I'm not yet safe.  ;)

Thanks, yes they shifted production to the USA from China so their restocks are a bit slow at the moment as they're catching up.

But think they are inbound this month, have some boxes of the lizardmen coming too.

Might paint up some more units for this project :D

Waiting for some inspiration on how to further build the howdah at the moment and looking at 3d printing some temple scenery.

Very nice so far. Those Triceratops will look great with a few of those atop them!
