Thanks very much for the kind comments.

I've been working on some of the plastic Warlord Games Malburian figures to see if they would be suitable. Here are a few painted up as the Dutch Infantry Regiment - Van Graben.

Size wise they match Northstar reasonably well but as you can see the detail is not as sharp as on the metal figures,  There are also too few floppy hats to create all 24 figures for the right period.

I hope to kit bash some other hats to fill out the ranks and by adding a couple of command stands and a pike stand or two, I hope to create two regiments of foot.I'll show the outcome in my next post once the figures have arrived.

Meanwhile I'm waiting for some cavalry from both Ebor and Warfare Miniatures and i'll post pics of those once they are finished.

This is turning out nicely.
And having done Monmouth’s Revolt may I recommend it as a great campaign/what if game. It won’t take long to paint up, honest ;)

Thanks. They are not as bad as I feared and will fit in nicely with the rest of the collection.

Thanks. I am going to do Monmouth's revolt but probably as a skirmish game using my Tangier figures. https://leadadventureforum.com/index.php?topic=131680.60

Here is the finished Regiment Van Graben.  A combination of Warlord Games plastics and Northstar metals.

Also here are my Kirke's Lambs.  These are Front Rank miniatures built for my Tangier project and mounted on 1p coins,  The figures can be used for Pikeman's Lament and then with the added sabot bases you see here can take their place in the line for Beneath the Lily Banners.

Although I have a whole load of cavalry ready for painting this project will take a back seat for a couple of months, whilst I on concentrate on others.  I'll come back to this in the spring.

Superb work, they both are really well done, cant beat Kirke's Lambs, the red and the green work so well. :)

Thanks for all the kind comments.

Despite my plans to paint up some cavalry, I acquired a number of figures from a fellow LAF member, Armchair General.  Some went to my wargames pal who is collecting the French but I kept others, particularly the English regiments and a partly painted unit in grey coats.

I have repainted where necessary and turned these figures in the Danish Sjaellandske (Zealand) Regiment.  Northstar figures and Warfare Miniatures flags.

I plan to turn the two English regiments into Trelawney's and Douglas's regiments one of which will also serve in my Tangier project.
