I have recently finished my first batch of the very lovely Wiglaf Miniatures, a joy to paint.

Bodvoc: Oswald will be released in the next pack. Now I just need some more.people buying into the range to help fund his arrival!

They are wonderful figures Dan so I will keep painting them and adding more. Plus I will promote them as best I can through my blog etc...

Hi James,
yes that is the Burghead Bull. I just took a line drawing of it I found on line, printed it small enough for a banner and painted around it; a technique I think you have also used :)

Today I have finished a unit of the armoured spearmen and some skirmishers with bows. I have really enjoyed painting these despite being sidetracked by a few other projects. All based to suit a variety of rules. I just have another 24 unarmoured spearmen to do and then the basic army pack is complete (quite an achievement for me). I move house soon so my rate of painting will slow down even more as I will be painting walls and ceilings instead.
