Zone d'Exclusion Africaine: A Zona Alfa Variant

So I've decided to take a break from historicals and dip my toe into the post-apocalyptic pool with Zona Alfa. Since all my modern figures are for Africa, I've decided to deviate from the Eastern European setting and move everything to Mali.
