Is that Mr McKenzie?

Looking at getting into 3D Resin printing. How easy would that be to re-scale into 1/50? I note that all previous projects /campaigns have been scaled at 15mm, 20mm and 1/56.

It is quite easy to rescale them in the slicing software. The only problem (at least for me) is that you need to remember to do it with all the parts. I have done it with his M113 and with loads of other stuff.

I would of course be a lot easier if they came in 1/50 from the beginning. 1/56 is just to small next to the Empress miniatures.

Bob and I are very excited to present our latest project Vietnam Convoys.

The kickstarter for this is due to go live Friday 23rd of September.

Our first core model is the M54 Gun Truck “Eve of Destruction” used by the 523rd Transportation Company. The model represents the later version of the truck. As usual this model will be available pre-supported in three scales: 15mm (1:100), 20mm (1:72) and 28mm (1:56). Of course, gamers can rescale in the slicer to any scale they wish to use.
The format of the KS will be slightly different to our previous campaigns

• The good news is that because its based on models we have already done we can afford to do it at a reduced price.
• There will only be one pledge level which will get you both stowed and unstowed versions of the models
• It will run for the shortest duration on KS, 2 weeks only
• There will be the opportunity to pledge at the same time for our original ‘Nam KS

We will preview other exciting models for you over the next couple of weeks leading up to the 23rd of September

I love the way the fuel tank is completely exposed.  Makes you wonder how many of these went up in a burst of flame.  Presumably diesel was harder to ignite.  Or was it more a case of bolstering morale of the supply troops.  "Don't worry we've kitted out your truck with all these guns!"

Rather like the look of that truck. Good job.
Be interested to see one next to a 28mm figure (preferably an Empress bloke) to get an idea of the size.

To fit the Empress Miniatures , it is best to rescale to 1/50. Which is easily done in a slicer software.

a lot were made to be multi fuel engines but an rpg in the side generaly does quite a bit of damage, i think they mainly used diesel in nam.
