Slightly off-topic, but what would be an appropriate range of Germans to face off against these guys? I have some DAK on my painting table right now, but that doesn't seem like the right fit for Arnhem.

You could absolutely have British Paras vs DAK in the Tunisian campaign, 42-43, and Polish ground forces were present in that campaign too, but not Paras (although who cares, it's all fun games and there's no reason they couldn't have done) and the same goes for Italy and then France after D-Day. Just because Operation Market Garden was their first deployment, doesn't mean it has to be on your table.

Good question. I'm just finishing painting some of Warlord's metal US paras and Germans. The latter would be good opponents in theory, but I wonder about scale. Are these 28mm like Warlord metals or 28mm like Perry WWII? I'll find out in October when my Arnhem KS pledge figures arrive.

Having a low IQ moment. Does the Full Monty include the Maj Cain figure, 17 pounder, medic jeep, medics/stretcher, trailer, containers, journalist?

In my experience, they fit in somewhere between Perry's and Warlord's.

Hi Ash. The Full Monty deal includes all of thoee packs for you. We may have 1 or 2 items that aren’t included. We will have to see how we get on with the campaign.

Personally I'd go 1/56. These guys are true 28mm to the eye, so 1/48 would be huge and 1/64 too small.

Here's a pic of an Empress chap (L) from the first Kickstarter, & some Warlord blokes, to compare the height.
All Paul's sculpts, so bang on size wise.

I'm clearly no expert on how KS works, but from looking at it I'd say the Egan duo only comes with the KS 1 Full Monty deal.
Doesn't look like the special figures are available as separate purchases. They are the 'cherry on the cake' reward for buying a whole set.

Couldn't see any mention of it, and the listing says "one resin jeep. Two figures riding & two dismounted".
