update from the new WGA weekly update..
...
Creevish Rhyflers (File Prep)

this is the first mention of Creevish figures in plastic. a surprise, but a welcome one.
It is the first mention of Creevin figures in the new figure range, everybody else has a horrible  resin,  3d print or STL digital version available.

This might indicate confidence in the range, going straight to plastic.

i think he's trying make a reference to the distinctive feature of the chest region on female mammals.

which on quar appear to be largely not present. (perhaps like most mammals IRL they only really appear as needed for the raising of their offspring?)

Yes, the Arnyaran figures appear to exhibit dimorphism, we are not talking about bad fantasy art levels though.

Just watched a Mishmash video on painting quar civilians which includes a moth pie vendor which is new but not on the Zombiesmith.com site (yet).

Yeah, if looking for civilians and like stuff on the ZS there is only the farmer with the giant beetle, the mechanic, and some small animals.

Though stuff does make its way from  MMF to ZS and Strange Plastic fairly frequently and regularly.  😀

my understanding is that pretty much everything from MMF other than the tribe loyalty rewards will make it over eventually, they just stay MMF exclusives for several months before appearing.

Hard plastic Command sets for the Crusaders and Coftyran

I love the Crusader with the gramophone.

Will they make it to Salute?

It's interesting that WGA have gone with plastic command as well, they must have big plans and confidence in the game. It'd great to see a long standing niche game make it big.

They have specialists coming next month. Anti tank teams, snipers, trench raiders..

And tanks within a few months.

Plus there is a mass battle ruleset coming by the end of the year, supposedly. Probably an update if "this Quars war"

The dates on the latter bits are the T1 test dates, when they run the first sprues to dial in the settings. So another month or two after that before they'd would be released, assuming everything goes well.

And last weekly update I saw the fidwog specialists and creevish ryhflers had been moved up and the tractors moved back. Presumably because of all the teething issues the Mauler vehicle kit WGA's The Damned line had, with them wanting to ensure they've got multi-spru vehicle kits figured out.

Hmm, I wonder if the Chyweethl will have an option for a Wanamoch Light Gun Tractor, Western Iron has it as modified Chyweethl (open topped).
